I graduated as a psychologist in 1999. I have been working in the field of organizational development for fifteen years and as a coach for twelve. Psychological culture and the performance-oriented, pragmatic and creative mindset of business life are all very important to me. These are the values I strive to integrate, show and transfer in my daily work.
